Peleton has the ultimate surprise for its riders this Pride month. Just as tickets were released for Madonna’s finale performance at World Pride in New York City this year, Peloton, the exercise equipment company and interactive fitness platform, announced that music from GRAMMY award-winning artist Madonna will be featured in a series of themed classes playing fan favorite anthems across its indoor cycling, running and yoga offerings.
The series of classes will raise money for New York City’s LGBT Community Center, an organization dedicated to empowering people to lead healthy, successful lives. This is the first series that features a single artist across all platforms. including Peloton Bike and Peloton Digital.
In each class, Peloton members will enjoy a curated, unique playlist of the artist’s high-energy greatest hits such as Like a Virgin, Like a Prayer, Hung Up, Papa Don’t Preach and more.
Every time a Peloton member participates in and completes a Madonna-themed Pride workout, either live or on-demand, throughout the weekend, Peloton will donate $1 to the LGBT Center. In celebration of the month, Peloton has also launched a Pride apparel collection.
This news comes at the same time as an announcement that Peloton is filing to go public. Madonna’s 14th studio album is set to be released on June 14th.
