This limited-edition masterpiece is a tribute to the House’s heritage, an invitation to dream forward. Loiseau has meticulously curated a blend from the Rémy Martin “Réserve Perpétuelle,” an exclusive collection of exceptional eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne terroir, renowned for its aromatic quality and aging potential.
The 300th Anniversary Coupe, inspired by the iconic shape of the 250th Anniversary Coupe, boasts a luminous amber patina and a bouquet that includes candied orange, passion fruit, sandalwood, leather, mixed spices, and floral notes. The tasting experience is designed to be savored in an intimate, refined setting—a journey through time and history, revealing layers of flavour with each sip.
Only 6,724 individually numbered bottles of this unique blend will be released globally, with less than 60 available in select Canadian provinces.

From April to June 2024, the Centaur Birthday Tour will traverse the globe, bringing the celebrations to top nightspots, including select locations in Canada. The global final in France in September will see Canada’s top 15 bartenders vying for the chance to represent their country in this prestigious competition.
