Last night, Canada’s most decorated athletes joined hundreds of friends, philanthropists, and media personalities to celebrate Andre De Grasse, a 6x Olympic medallist and, as of this week, the founder of “Andre De Grasse 19.62” wine. The limited-edition Pillitteri Estates wine – a Reserve Classified wine from 2020 vintage – commemorates the sprinter’s 200m Olympic gold medal win in Tokyo with a portion of the proceeds going towards the Andre De Grasse Family Foundation, a charity committed to inspiring and empowering youth through access to sport, education, and healthcare.
Joined by his 4 x 100 teammates Aaron Brown, Jerome Blake, and Brendon Rodney for the first time since their gold-medal World Championship victory this past July, the four sprinters shared the stage during a fireside chat to reflect on the performance and Canada’s history of excellence on the track. Hosted by decorated Canadian sports journalist Stephen Brunt and presented by RBC, Mercedes-Benz, and Indochino, the fireside panel gave fans insight into the individual personalities that make the foursome of Brown, Blake, Rodney, and De Grasse so captivating.

After the panel discussion, guests arrived on red carpet outside Casa Loma while De Grasse and his teammates made a head-turning entrance as they emerged from a Mercedes-Maybach before greeting with some of the country’s most high-profile guests. VIP attendees were invited to experience CoolBet‘s lounge and view De Grasse’s Olympic and World Championship medals alongside a display of Bulova‘s high-performance watches.
