Nike puts a unique remix on a classic.
The Nike Air Force 1 have seen many iterations and remixes over the years, some good, some .. not so good. In the latest strange, er-creative* instalment is the zippered swoosh collection. Nike has created another interesting design to the iconic Air Force 1 by swapping out the traditional side Swoosh logos for customizable zip-on versions of different colours.
Earlier in March, Nike announced the zip-on swooshes would come in three colours — white, red, and silver — to zip onto the black Air Force 1. The black version has accents of a silver ‘AIR’ lace dubrae and heel branding to help elevate the shoe. The brand has now added the white Air Force 1 to this collection, with three interchangeable Swooshes: one in black, one in ‘Barely Volt,’ and one that takes bright holographic to the next level.
Pairs of both the black and the white zippered range are yet to have an official release date, but are expected to hit stores soon.
