The classic Old-Fashioned cocktail has stood the test of time and is proof that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

As the legend goes, the Old-Fashioned cocktail with whisky surfaced at the Pendennish Club, a gentlemen’s club, founded in Louisville, Kentucky in 1881. Esteemed bartender and aristocrat, James E. Pepper, was said to have invented the drink in Louisville before bringing it to the Waldorf-Astoria hotel bar in New York City.
Established in 1857, JP Wiser’s is Canada’s oldest continuously produced whisky, giving it a history as rich as the drink itself.
Old-Fashioned cocktails are traditionally made of whisky, muddled sugar, a dash of bitters and garnished with a twist of citrus. JP Wiser’s new ready-to-serve Old-Fashioned Whisky Cocktail offers the same classic flavour experience without the fuss of mixology.
Made with their quality whisky, orange essence and hints of honeycomb and spice, all imbibers need to do is pour over ice, garnish with a twist of citrus and enjoy.
