Obviously one of Toronto’s leading cold-press juice companies makes the freshest margaritas in the city.

Monday through Wednesday it’s cold-pressed juices all the way. But once Thursday rolls around, it’s time for a cocktail. Fresh, one of Toronto’s first cold-pressed juice bars, has just introduced their new line of alcoholic beverages available to enjoy in the restaurant. There’s no better way to cool down than with a fruity watermelon margarita.
Following the healthy restaurant’s signature style, all the margaritas are made with cold-pressed, organic lime juice. Try the classic, Pineapple Habanero, or Mezcal margarita but in our opinion, watermelon is the way to go.
Make it at home:
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Cazadores Reposado Tequila
1 oz Cointreau
1 dash Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
1 oz Cold Pressed Organic Watermelon Juice
.5 oz Cold Pressed Organic Lime Juice
1 dash Agave Nectar
Ice
Lime Wheel
Tajin Chili Citrus Salt
Method:
Place a tablespoon of Tajin Chili Citrus Salt on a wide saucer.
Coat the rim of a 10 oz rocks glass with fresh lime.
Turn the glass upside down to salt the rim.
Muddle the agave at the bottom of the glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour the tequila, Cointreau, watermelon juice, and lime juice over the ice in the glass.
Add a long dash of orange bitters.
Hang the lime wheel garnish on the side of the glass.
