The most advanced BlackBerry smartphone yet, Key2, launched in Canada last week at Pick 6ix, in downtown Toronto’s financial core.

The new iteration from the iconic Canadian mobile company comes by way of TCL Communication, a leading global smartphone manufacturer and BlackBerry-brand licensing partner. If the BlackBerry’s popularity has waned in recent years for the general public, it never has for those in high-security positions that require extra levels of privacy, because of BlackBerry Limited’s best security and privacy enhancements.

The smartphone also comes with the BlackBerry physical keyboard (how could it not), and runs the latest Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. It is also the first-ever BackBerry with a dual-rear camera, and the introduction of Speed Key, a universal shortcut key to instantly access frequent apps, contacts and functions.
